Bicomponent polyurethane adhesive for gluing PVC fabrics - polyurethane ADEGRIP PVC NA is a bicomponent polyurethane adhesive with low reactivation temperature fit for gluing PVC and polyurethane fabrics to each other or to other synthetic materials used in the Nautic for gluing inflatable boats and life rafts. Main features: - Low reactivation temperature - - Excellent thermal resistance Good initial grip CHEMICAL/PHYSICAL FEATURES Brookfield viscosity DV-E at 20°C: 3200+/- 300 c.p.s. Dry weight: 17,0% +/- 1,5% USAGE Prepare the Adegrip/Activator blend with the following proportions: Adegrip PVC NA: 100 parts Activator: 6/8 parts ADVICE Make sure that the materials to be glued together are free from dust and grease; Spread a layer of previously prepared adhesive/activator blend on both sides to be glued together; Being the life of the adhesive/activator blend max 30 minutes, it’s recommended to prepare a limited quantity of the blend so that it can be used within 30 minutes; Wait min 10 minutes before reactivating with a heat source (warm air or IR rays); Stick the two warm sides together and carefully press; Any possible dilution has to be done exclusively with R Diluent (thinner); The products lasts 12 months in its original boxes if kept in dry and aerated rooms with temperature between +18°C and 28°C; Do not storage the product in cold rooms; 05/03/2018 Due to the variety of the materials and the difference between the working processes, preliminary tests by the customer are highly recommended.
