Description
The PARSUN F50FEL-T-EFI is a direct equivalent of the Japanese Yamaha outboard motor; its parts are fully interchangeable, significantly simplifying operation and maintenance. This model features remote control, electric start, and an electro-hydraulic trim and tilt system. It is designed for boats with a 508 mm (long) transom. The power unit is a modern 996 cc, 4-stroke, 4-cylinder fuel-injected engine utilizing a Single Overhead Camshaft (SOHC) configuration with a belt drive. Fuel is delivered to the intake valves via injectors that are part of a Multi-Point EFI system. All engine systems—including electronic fuel injection, CDI/TCI electronic ignition, and the malfunction warning system—are managed by a microprocessor-based ECM (Engine Control Module). This module monitors various sensors located at critical engine points in real time and calculates the optimal amount of fuel to deliver to the combustion chambers. To minimize the risk of engine failure, the "Engine Alert System" promptly notifies the operator of overheating, low oil pressure, or other malfunctions. Models equipped with the electro-hydraulic trim and tilt system allow for precise angle adjustments while underway, when navigating shallow waters, or when docking. It includes a 12V DC output (12–15V, 25A) for powering navigation lights. powering the fish finder/navigator, and charging mobile phones and other devices.
